A couple of you have mentioned some interest in this event, so I am
including the link below for information. I have never done it before
although I first heard about it a couple of years ago when I was
preparing my Black Bird letterbox (the end of the alley where the box
originally was was one of the stops on the hunt). I think it was my
friend Susan who has done it before and said it was lots of fun - very
manic, but very fun. I would assume that we as letterboxers and
veteran seekers would KICK SOME BUTT on this hunt, but maybe I
shouldn't let my head get too swollen. It takes place at the same time
as the parade through Chinatown so it's all very crowded and crazy.
The drawback is the fee ($30), but I suppose they need to fund their
planning etc. It looks like we go as a team and we need a cute team
name. Deadline for the less expensive tickets is January 31st.
Anyway, check it out and let's discuss!

WOW! That sounds like a blast. I'd love to go, but don't know if I'd
be able to schedule to attend both the hunt & Paul's workshop in the
same month.
